Is it okay to use Lex in conjunction with other NLU services like Alice, Api.ai, Wit.ai, etc.?

I could not find this in the rules- is it required to exclusively use only Lex for the natural language processing component of our chat bots? ... There are some features that are still missing from Lex, and I was wondering if it is okay to use other NLU services to add some functionality to the chat bot.

    I think there is no restrictions per se on using 3rd party AI api as mentioned in the link: https://awschatbot2017.devpost.com/.

    Also in past one of the winning entries had used Wit.ai.
