Judging criteria: English speaking bot but for non-US audience

Will more weightage be given to bots that target US audience ? What if our bot primarily targets users in some other country (conversation will still be in English) ?

  I don't know the answer but if it helps. I am in Australia and I am building an Australian based chat bot. So you won't be alone.
